CHANGEOVER SERVICE

A clean and well presented property is the critical element to the success of any holiday home and the changeover service is the most significant service we offer. The change over clean is a fixed rate, comprehensive clean of the property completed to exacting standards after the departure of guests. All traces of the previous guests are removed, all the beds made up with fresh linen and fresh bath and hand towels are provided (where required). Each property is given the same attention and care to detail whether it be a 7 bedroom manor house or a 1 bedroom fishermans cottage. After each clean the property is inspected to ensure it meets our extremely high standards.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Any property maintenance issues are identified and reported to the management team immediately who will either resolve the issue themselves or co ordinate with our team of specialist contractors. We like to ensure these issues are taken care of as quickly as is reasonably possible. One thing we can guarantee and that, as an owner, you wont be taking calls from guests with minor property issues.

DEEP CLEANS

A one off service provided anytime for when the property needs a top to bottom thorough going over. These will tend to occur at the end of a letting season, before the letting season starts, following building or renovation work, following parties or for the annual spring clean.

MID STAY CLEAN

If guests are staying for two weeks or more we can visit the property and carry out a full clean, change of linen and towels at a time that is convenient to the guests.

CARETAKER VISITS

For properties that are vacant for more than a week we can provide a caretaker service. This visit ensures that all lighting, appliances and heating/hot water are in working order. We'll also remove any build up of dust or dead insects. During the the winter months it may also be necessary to ensure heating is maintained prior to visiting guests or to prevent any build up of mildew/damp etc.

PROPERTY CHECKS

Once the season finishes we can provide a regular property check service. This service fulfils the conditions of your holiday let insurance policy. It is particularly valuable following a spate of bad weather when the property could have been damaged.

GUEST LIASON

Incoming guests are passed our details in advance so that should there be any questions, issues or maintenance faults during the holiday we are permentattly available to help resolve them. Our details are also left in the property.

LETTING AGENT LIASON

If the property is let through an agent, we will liaise on your behalf to make sure all arrivals and departures are trouble free.

SHOPPING SERVICE

Should you require any items for the property, for example, small electrical appliances, crockery, kitchen utensils we can provide a shopping service to purchase these items thus ensuring the property is fully equipped without you having to remember to purchase these items before your next visit.

MAIL FORWARDING

For those owners that live far away or who do not visit the property very regularly, we can forward any mail that may arrive. We use our discretion on the importance of each piece of mail.

We are availabe 365 days of the year to assist with your property.
